A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your session/event.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Sessions that start late may be shortened to respect other bookings.
If weather conditions prevent an outdoor session, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Edited images are delivered within 2–4 weeks (timeframes may vary for weddings and large events).
Images are provided via a secure online gallery unless otherwise arranged.
RAW/unedited files are not provided, as they do not reflect the final artistic standard of Waseem Photography.
Waseem Photography retains the copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal use license, which allows printing, sharing with family and friends, and use on social media (with credit where possible).
Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
With your permission, Waseem Photography may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the style of Waseem Photography and trust our artistic judgment.
While we aim to meet client preferences, final editing and selection of images are at the photographer’s discretion.
Waseem Photography takes the utmost care in capturing and preserving your memories. However, in the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or property loss that may occur during a session.
Any prints, albums, or wall art ordered through Waseem Photography are produced by professional labs to ensure the highest quality.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Client details are kept confidential and will never be sold or shared without consent.
